Bart Schothorst

Bart has been active in M&A and corporate finance since 1994. Bart was a Senior Manager at the M&A department of Royal KPN NV for 8 years. As the lead negotiator, he was responsible for numerous large successful corporate M&A transactions in Asia and Europe. Prior to KPN he worked for 2 years at MeesPierson in London, for 5 years in Jakarta as a university lecturer, and as senior equity analyst with DBS bank.

Marc de Beijer

Marc is an Electrical Engineer and has been active in M&A and corporate finance since 1998. Marc was a financial director for over 3 years in several of Royal KPN NV’s Asian subsidiaries. Marc has broad experience in the telecom industry in various emerging markets like China, Indonesia, India and Africa. His financial expertise and hands-on approach have resulted in a range of successful divestment and M&A transactions.
